Flu protection information
Please read the attached leaflet on how to protect your child against the flu.
The NHS offer a free flu vaccine for children in Reception – Year 11, however parent/carer consent must be given, via this link: Flu Vaccination Consent Form
Consent must be given by 31st December 2026.
