This is an All-Age Crisis Text Service delivered by Mental Health Innovation (MHI) to support individuals experiencing a crisis.
The text service offers immediate support through SMS to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Available 24/7, year-round, and staffed by trained practitioners who will engage with texters in real time, providing support, active listening, safety planning, and de-escalation techniques tailored to the person’s needs.
This is not a replacement service for other existing services (i.e NHS 111 option 2).
